EXiT Latham Realty's weekend at the Talbot County Home & Garden Show was a huge success! We enjoyed interacting with thousands of people that came to view and gather information from local businesses. We had hundreds of participants in our drawings giving away: Two $100 gift certificates at Lowe's, One free night stay at the Hampton Inn in Easton, MD, a Fishing Rod provided by Shore Sportsman, a free settlement from Mary Bourbon with Upper Shore Title and a Home Warranty & last but not least, a Garden Basket donated by Lowe's. Each participant received a large EXiT tote bag, which was a big hit. Our experienced agents were onsite to discuss buying & selling real estate & Tolbert Rowe of Community Bank Mortgage was present to assist with mortgage needs.
